Order Delivery

* Delivery timelines are estimates only; delays due to weather, government restrictions, courier delays, or force majeure events are not eligible for refund claims.

Return & Refund Conditions
* Refunds are only offered if the product is damaged during transit and verified through a valid unboxing video.
* Customized, personalized, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
* Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons like size, color, weight variations, material fading due to sweat or time, accidental orders, or change of mind.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
* A clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package is mandatory for any refund claim.
* The video must clearly show the unboxing process and the damage.
* Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of claim approval.
* A processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.
* Customers are not required to return the product unless specifically requested by us.

Fraudulent Claims
* Edited or fraudulent videos will not be accepted.
* We reserve the right to reject any suspicious claims.
* Multiple or repeated refund claims by the same customer may lead to account suspension or blacklisting.
* The company’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

Quality Note
* We take utmost care to deliver quality products. Minor changes in color or normal wear and tear due to sweat or moisture are not considered defects.

Governing Law
